Ceramichouse.store (hereinafter referred to as the Website) provides services in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below, including delivery, returns and other terms and conditions and operating policies of ceramichouse.store which can be found on the Website, related to certain features, elements or advertising, as well as providing customer service, all of which are included in these terms and conditions (combined in Terms and Conditions) and is a part thereof. By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions, understand them and agree to abide by them without limitation or condition.
1.2. Ceramichouse.store reserves the right to change the Terms of Use without notice.
1.3. If the consumer, using the Internet, purchases the goods offered on the ceramichouse.store website (hereinafter referred to as "Goods"), then such mutual agreement is considered a Distance Agreement and is subject to the legal norms governing Distance Agreements, including, but not limited to , Directive 97/7/EEC of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer protection in connection with distance contracts, the Law of the Republic of Latvia "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights", the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia "Regulations on Distance Contracts".
2.1. Registration data will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
2.2. The information provided by you will not be transferred to third parties without your consent, or used in any other way, without prior agreement with you.

6.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the product to ceramichouse.store.
6.2. The return of goods takes place in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia.

7.1. The term "in writing" as used in terms also includes e-mails.
7.2. The Buyer, in order to communicate with the Seller in writing, or in the event that these terms provide for the Buyer's obligation to contact the Seller in writing, sends the Seller an e-mail to the address hello@ceramichouse.store The Seller will inform the Buyer in writing of the receipt of the notification (usually by e-mail). The procedure for the Buyer to contact the Seller for the purpose of exercising the right of refusal and withdrawing from the Agreement is provided for in Clause 6 of these Regulations.
7.3. The Seller sends all notifications to the Buyer to the e-mail address specified in the Buyer's purchase form.
8.1. Ceramichouse.store shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform, or other failure to perform due to circumstances and obstacles beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, government orders, hostilities or national emergencies state, terrorist threats or acts of terrorism, environmental or climate anomalies, non-performance by third parties, disruptions in the Internet connection, as well as failure of computer equipment and software. In case of such force majeure circumstances, we will try to eliminate the resulting delays as soon as possible.
These standard terms are valid for orders made in the ceramichouse.store online store (hereinafter THE INTERNET STORE, SELLER) by the person (hereinafter the BUYER) who places the order.
A distance contract is an agreement between a BUYER (PTAL Article 1, Clause 3) and a seller (PTAL Article 1, Clause 5) or a service provider (PTAL Article 1, Clause 4), based on an offer by the seller or service provider with an addressed or unaddressed through a printed matter, letterhead, catalog, advertisement published in the press with an order coupon attached, telephone, facsimile, Internet, electronic mail, television, radio and other means of sending or transmitting information. The distance contract applies to orders and purchases made in the online store with delivery, but does not apply to those purchases made at the Seller's sales points.

When returning the purchased item, the BUYER must present a document confirming the purchase. The BUYER can return the product, according to the distance contract, within 14 calendar days from the moment the product is purchased, the return of funds is made using the same method, within 30 days from the moment of purchase.
All prices for goods in the INTERNET STORE are shown in euros excluding value added tax (VAT). The cost of delivering goods to the BUYER is not included in the price of the goods.
BUYERS OF THE INTERNET STORE are given the opportunity to use the INTERNET STORE and conclude a distance contract in the English language.
